Inner Shapes is a creative evening to reflect, express yourself and see what your inner world looks like in color. We’ll begin with a guided journaling moment, using simple prompts to reflect on how you’ve been feeling, what’s been taking up space lately and what you’d like to express. Then we’ll use those thoughts as inspiration to create a free self-portrait — not necessarily what you look like, but a painting that represents something about you through color, symbols and personal details. If you have a journal, bring it with you! 📓 If not, no worries — we’ll have what you need. The idea is simple: give yourself a different kind of evening, create without pressure, enjoy the process and connect with others along the way.
