We'll explore four of Helène's Vegan Kitchen handcrafted, fermented cashew cheeses, each served with bread, alongside five carefully selected alcohol-free drinks from Nullijook. And, of course, we'll finish with a delicious cashew-based cheesecake and a bubbly drink. Forget the idea that alcohol-free drinks are just juice. These carefully crafted beverages have their own aromas, acidity, complexity, and character. Inspired by the art of food and wine pairing, each combination has been thoughtfully chosen to explore how flavours complement one another, balance richness, and bring out unexpected notes in both the cheese and the drink. No special knowledge needed. Just curiosity and an appetite for good food! A little tip : Come hungry! We recommend avoiding a large meal beforehand so you can comfortably enjoy the whole tasting.
